Intellectual Property Policy

BLVD & MAIN respects the intellectual property of others and asks the same in return. Many of our designs bring back the signs and logos of Las Vegas places Locals remember, the way they looked back then. We vet every idea thoroughly to make sure it does not violate anyone's trademark. Mistakes still happen. If you believe something we sell uses your copyright or trademark without permission, tell us and we will look into it right away.

What to Include

Please include all of the following so we can act quickly:

• Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of the person authorized to act for the rights owner.
• The copyrighted work or trademark you believe is being infringed. For a registered trademark, include the registration number.
• The product or page on blvdandmain.com that concerns you, with its URL.
• Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act for the rights owner.

We may not be able to act on a notice that is missing these details. Knowingly submitting a false claim can create legal liability, including under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

What Happens Next

We review every notice we receive. When a claim is valid, we remove the product from our store and from every other channel where it is listed, and we stop making that design. We will reply to let you know what we did.

The photography and writing on blvdandmain.com belong to BLVD & MAIN unless a credit says otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. If you see our photos or product listings copied somewhere else, we would appreciate hearing about it at support@blvdandmain.com.

Our tribute designs reference Las Vegas places, businesses and people, some of them long gone. Unless a product page says otherwise, BLVD & MAIN is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the businesses or people our designs reference.
